REBEL is a 45-minute boxing workout, that will take you through 10 rounds split between boxing and strength training. This room will be rocking with a sensory explosion of sound and light and an instructor that will keep the party moving. You don’t need to be a boxer to REBEL, but a little bit of badass won’t hurt.
