We offer plenty of lockers for your pre- and post-workout needs.No need to bring a lock, our lockers have a combination set up.
We have alkaline water for purchase or if you prefer to bring your own bottle we have a water station available.
Yes, we have water, Celsius, and assorted snacks for pre-workout available for purchase.
All you really need is your A game.
For the REBEL class you will need wraps and boxing gloves.
Feel free to bring your lucky pair or have gloves for rent or purchase. Quick wraps and traditional hand wraps are available for purchase only.
For the RIDE class you will need cycling shoes and they are available to rent at the front desk. Have your own shoes? Our bikes are compatible with SPD clips, so feel free to bring your own.
If you want a towel for your workout or need one to shower up after, we have available for rent as well.
You’ll also find other basic toiletries and hair dryers in the restrooms, so all is not lost if you forgot that deodorant!

THE SESSIONS
We’ve got 4 exciting concepts for you to pick from.
Most sessions are 45 minutes long and filled with fun, non-stop action so you’ll never get bored.
When a session has started the doors are closed. So don’t be late – you snooze, you lose.
Of course, we’ve got your back. Our workouts are scalable and accessible to everyone. Train at your own pace but always bring your a-game. Be sure to turn up 15 minutes before the session for your first timer induction.
NO SHOW

Package holders: You will lose the session
Membership holders: You will be charged with a $20 “no show” fee.
LATE CANCEL
A $12 late cancellation fee is charged to the card on file of any member who reserves a spot and does not cancel within 8 hours of class. Cancellations can be done online, app, or via email. Don’t forget to download our app, which makes is easy to manage all your bookings.
Please check-in 15 minutes prior to class, but you must check-in not less than 5 minutes before. If running late to a class, call the studio. Otherwise, REDEMPTION may offer the reserved spot to a walk-in or waitlisted member. REDEMPTION can only hold the spot up to 3 minutes before the scheduled class time. At 5 minutes following the scheduled class time, members are not permitted into the class at all.
WAITLIST
8+ HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS:
Members who attempt to reserve a spot in a full class will be placed on a Waitlist. Up until 8 hours prior to the class’ scheduled start time, spots that open up will automatically be given to the waitlisted parties in order of their position on the Waitlist.
If a spot opens, an auto-generated email will arrive from MindBody, citing member has been added from the Waitlist to the class. In this case, it is the member’s responsibility to remove themselves from the class if they no longer intend to take the class. REDEMPTION may charge the $10 late cancellation fee if member does not remove themselves from class.
LESS THAN 8 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS:
Less than 8 hours until the scheduled class start, should any late cancellations occur, REDEMPTION will contact waitlisted parties in the order of their position on the Waitlist via text or email, offering a spot pending confirmation within a specified amount of time ahead of the scheduled class start time. Lack of confirmation means REDEMPTION will move to the next party on the Waitlist.
Waitlisted parties may “standby” for a spot in class. Members who fail to check-in or call to note they’re running late acknowledge REDEMPTION will surrender that spot to a walk-in or waitlisted member at 3 minutes ahead of class’ scheduled start time.
BILLING
When you purchase your autopay membership, you authorize us to charge you every 4 weeks (28 days) to your payment card on file.
No, there are no refunds for processed autopay membership fees or payments made for paid in full memberships.
FREEZING MY MEMBERSHIP
Yes, you may put your monthly membership on freeze for $20/month for up to 90 days in any given contract year. Freezing the account does not negate the cancellation policy; should the member wish to cancel the membership while the account is on freeze, the 28 days cancellation policy is in effect and will result in one additional payment.
TERMINATING MY MEMBERSHIP
Please check with the front desk to confirm your membership terms and bill dates.
The front desk staff will also be able to provide you with the termination form and the policy is a 28 days cancellation notice.
